 How fast the days fly by! We wanted to take a moment to tell you how  appreciative we are to you! All the work you did; the meetings, chats, emails,  calls, & messages that kept us up to date when selling our sisters/ sister in-laws condo at 3210 White Oak Lane, Eau Claire! 

 Thinking back.. the photos that helped sell an empty condo, the listing, hosting an open house the following day, telephoning soon after to say that we have an offer already!  Wow! 

 In meetings we had with you, you were upfront about your concerns of the condo association, lack of condo meetings, only four units owned  out of twenty two. You went one step further, talked with Matt, association owner, to discuss those concerns. You followed up on details with him resolving problems that might have multiplied.  Ultimately you helped make the condo sale become realistic and trustworthy for both the potential buyers & sellers.

 Following the counter offer you arranged for an electrical contractor to come in to complete work ASAP. You made it easy, we didn't need to search for or arrange a time with him. You helped us negotiate a slight reduction in price regarding flooring, agreeable to buyer, and sought out Ray for his garage door opener expertise. 

 You kept us up to date on the sale of buyer's house (closed a week ahead), documented all the details of the condo sale, title company, deed, state transfer, affidavit, federal guidelines, etc., more paperwork than home sales. You guided Ray through the dates, details, and steps of everything that would be happening in the sale of the condo. 

 The whole process for us was relaxing, pleasant, fast, and efficient. (approximately one  month from start to finish) We felt very confident in your skills & abilities, and experience in real estate. 

 We're still enjoying our house on six acres in Seymour. If you want a go-to guy in the real estate market that has 40 years of experience and that will give you the most complete service you could ever ask for, Kelvin Ruesch is that person. He worked with us for at least 5 months (selling 100+ acres of land and our home in Durand) and during that period, there was NEVER a time where he wasn't actively working on our behalf. He took the time for us to look at houses so he would have a good idea of what we were looking for though we were in no position then to purchase a house. He would take the initiative to send us listings that he thought we would be interested in.....and we were pretty fastidious customers! He was persistent, but calm and completely professional. He set up home inspections with plenty of time to do any updates required and actions that needed a timeline were duly noted on his office calendar so that the process of what needed to be done and when was timely and smooth. Dear Kleven Real Estate, I just wanted to send you a note on what a great job Kelvin did for my wife and me. We told him what we were looking for-we were very picky.
